IA No. 1/2022:-

The petitioner has moved the present application inter alia

seeking extension of interim order by indicating that

notwithstanding the interim order dated 18.08.2020 passed by the

co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the trial Court is proceeding with

the matter in light of judgment dated 28.03.2018 of Hon'ble

Supreme Court in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Pvt.

Ltd. & Anr. V/s CBI.

Nobody is present to oppose the application.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is

allowed.

The interim order dated 18.08.2020 passed by the co-

ordinate Bench of this Court is extended till vacated or modified.

Issue fresh notices to the unserved respondents, returnable

on 26.07.2022. Notices be given 'dasti' to the counsel for the

petitioner. Notices be filed in two sets, one set be sent through

registered post and another set be sent by ordinary post.
