The only prayer in the present petition is to re-inspect the

petitioner-Institute and pass appropriate orders for granting

permission to establish Nursing College for GNM course.

In view of the limited prayer, this Court deems it proper to

dispose of the writ petition with direction to the respondent to

inspect the petitioner-Institute in accordance with law after the

requisite formalities are completed by the petitioner, and pass

appropriate order within two months from today.

The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. The stay

application as well as all pending applications also stand disposed

of accordingly.
