Despite service, none has appeared on behalf of the

respondents Nos. 1 & 2.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the controversy is

covered by the judgment passed by the co-ordinate Bench of this

Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.2571/2005; Raju Singh &

Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Anr (decided on 14.07.2016).

Counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the

petition on Mr. Anil Bissa, counsel regularly appearing on behalf of

the department.

Mr. Bissa is directed to complete his instructions qua the

aforesaid submission also.

List the matter on 13.07.2022 after showing the name of Mr.

Anil Bissa in the cause list as counsel for the respondents.
