The matter comes upon an application(01/22) for extension

of interim order granted by this Court on 15/09/2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the

judgment dated 28/03/2018 passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court in

the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Pvt. Ltd. vs. CBI, the

interim order granted by this Court may kindly be extended.

Considering the submissions made at bar and the judgment

passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Asian

Resurfacing of Road Pvt. Ltd. vs. CBI, the application is

allowed.

List the matter in the first week of July, 2022. The interim

order granted by this Court on 15/09/2021 is extended till vacated

or modified.
