Having heard learned counsel for the parties and after going

through the material available on record, I deem it appropriate to

direct the respondents not to insist the petitioner to ascertain

presence of permanent Radiologist in its Diagnostic Centre.

The Chief Medical and Health Officer, Banswara and the

District Collector concerned are directed to allow the petitioner to

run the CT Scan machine till its renewal date.

List the matter in the month of August, 2022 for admission.
