Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in S.B.

Civil Writ Petition No.4820/2021 filed by the petitioner, a

Coordinate Bench of this Court has directed the respondent

-RIICO to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner by passing a

speaking order within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt

of certified copy of the order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the

respondent-RIICO, instead of deciding the said appeal, is bent

upon to dispossess the petitioner from the property in question in

an illegal manner.

Issue notice. Issue notice of the stay petition also, returnable

within a period of six weeks.

In the meantime, till final decision in the appeal filed by the

petitioner before the respondent-RIICO, the petitioner shall not be

dispossessed from the property in question, however, the

respondent-RIICO is free to proceed further in accordance with

law after the final decision in the appeal.
