Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that since

the petitioner is having an alternate statutory remedy of filing

appeal, he wants to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to avail

the said remedy. It is also prayed that the office may be directed

to supply the certified copies of the orders and documents

annexed with this petition to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with

the liberty prayed for.
