learned Additional Advocate General.

Learned counsels for the respective parties submit that the
issue involved in this writ petition as to her entitlement for
appointment on the post of Health Worker (Female) on the
strength of Adeeb qualification from Jamia Urdu, Aligarh is no
more res integra and stands resolved vide judgment dated
10.02.2022 passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition
No.1457/2021: Jahida Saima Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.
and other connected matters and pray that this writ petition may
also be disposed of in similar terms.
In case of Jahida Saima (supra), this Court has held as
under:
"In view of the above, the writ petitions deserve
to be allowed.
The writ petitions are allowed accordingly. The
respondents are directed to consider candidature of
the petitioners for appointment on the post of Health
Worker (Female) and to accord them appointment if
found suitable otherwise as per their respective merit
position with all consequential benefits from the date
persons less meritorious were given appointment
barring actual monetary benefits."

Taking into consideration the contentions advanced by
learned counsels for the respective parties, this writ petition is
also disposed of in terms as directed by this Court in case of
Jahida Saima (supra) which shall apply mutatis mutandis to this
case also.
