Although, the matter comes up an application (2/2021) filed
by the petitioner seeking amendment in the writ petition but,
during the course of arguments, it transpired that the writ petition
assailing the legality and validity of the judgment dated
02.02.2001 passed by the Board of Revenue, Rajasthan, Ajmer,
has been filed with inordinate delay and laches of about 20 years.
The writ petition is bereft of any averment explaining the
inordinate delay. However, in the interest of justice, the petitioner
is granted an opportunity to explain the inordinate delay.
List the matter on 26.05.2022 as prayed.
