In S.B. Civil Second Appeal No. 342/2010:-

Learned counsel for appellant submits that the issue involved

in this present appeal particularly in relation to the substantial

question of law No.(III) has already been adjudicated by the

Coordinate Bench of Rajasthan High Court, Jaipur Bench vide

judgment dated 05.02.2019 passed in S.B. Civil Second Appeal

No.101/2010 with connected appeals. Counsel for appellant

(2 of 2) [CSA-342/2010]

submits that the judgment dated 05.02.2019 has been affirmed

by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, hence this appeal may also be

allowed following the judgment passed by this Court dated

05.02.2019 with other appeals of identical nature.

Learned counsel for respondent-Nagarpalika, Deoli seeks one

week's time to verify the facts. Hence, as a last opportunity, one

week's time is granted.

List this appeal again on 13.07.2022.

In S.B. Civil Second Appeal No. 364/2010 & S.B. Civil

Second Appeal No. 365/2010:-

The issue involved in these two appeals is altogether

different from the issue involved in S.B. Civil Second Appeal

No.342/2010. Hence both these appeals may be de-tagged from

the bunch of S.B. Civil Second Appeal No.342/2010.

List both these appeals again on 15.07.2022.
