Learned counsels for the respective parties submit that the

issue involved in this writ petition is no more res integra and

stands resolved by a Division Bench order of this Court dated

08.12.2020 passed in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.10936/2020:

Satveer Chaudhary Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. and other

connected matters whereby, the writ petitions were dismissed.

However, this Court is informed that the Petition(s) for

Special Leave to Appeal (C) No(s).837-838/2021: Het Ram

Meel Etc. Vs. The State of Rjasthan & Ors. are pending before

the Hon'ble Apex Court of India wherein, some interim order has

been passed. It is requested that while dismissing the writ

petitions in view of the judgment of the Division Bench in case of

(2 of 2) [CW-4919/2021]

Satveer Chaudhary (supra), it may be made subject to interim

order(s)/final order of the Hon'ble Apex Court of India in case of

Het Ram Meel Etc. (supra).

Taking into consideration the contentions advanced by the

learned counsels for the respective parties, this writ petition is

dismissed in terms of order of this court in case of Satveer

Chaudhary (supra). However, this order shall remain subject to

interim order(s)/final order passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court of

India in case of Het Ram Meel Etc. (supra).
