Heard learned counsel for the parties on an application

No.1/2022.

Learned counsel for the accused-appellants submits that

accused-appellant No.4-Prabhulal although has been convicted by

the learned trial Court, at the time of judgment he was absent

hence, no sentence order has been passed regarding accused-

appellant No.4-Prabhulal. He prayed for deletion of the name of

accused-appellant No.4-Prabhulal.

Taking into consideration the submissions made above, the

application No.1/2022 is allowed. Amended cause title filed with

this application is directed to be taken on record.

Record be called for.

Requisition of record be given 'dasti' to the learned counsel

for the appellants.

List on 11.05.2022, as prayed.
