Counsel for the petitioner submits that the controversy in
question is decided by a judgment passed by the Coordinate
Bench of this Court in the case of Naveen Patidar Vs. State of
Rajasthan & Ors.; S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.10729/2018.
Counsel for the respondents does not refute the above
submission.
In view of the submission made the present writ petition is
allowed in light of the ratio laid down in Naveen Patidar's case
(supra). The respondents are directed to consider the case of the
petitioner for promotion against the vacancies of the year 2018-19
from the date the persons junior to him were promoted.

Needless to say that the petitioner would also be entitled for
all the consequential benefits including grant of seniority in the
cadre of Principal.
