Issue notice. Issue notice of stay petition as well.

Mr. Pankaj Sharma, AAG is directed to accept notice on

behalf of respondent No.2 - the Chief Medical and Health Officer,

Hanumangarh, Rajasthan.

Since the matter pertains to termination of pregnancy of a

rape victim, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the petitioner

to appear before the Principal Medical Officer, District Government

Hospital, Hanumangarh at 1:00 PM today itself.

Mr. Pankaj Sharma, AAG is directed to instruct the Principal

Medical Officer, District Government Hospital, Hanumangarh to

constitute a Medical Board consisting of senior doctors, who shall

give their opinion regarding the possibility of termination of fetus,

while keeping into consideration the safety and health of the

petitioner, in case she is permitted to undergo the process of

medical termination of pregnancy, the same may be conducted

immediately either today itself or tomorrow.

List the matter on 15th March, 2022.

On that day, Mr. Pankaj Sharma, AAG may submit the factual

report before this Court.
