Mr. Mardia, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

the issue involved in the present writ petition is exactly identical to

the one involved in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.11246/2021 : Saloni

Institute of Medical Sciences Vs. The State of Raj. & Ors. wherein

the Coordinate Bench of this Court had granted interim order on

05.10.2021, while issuing notices.

Hence, issue notice. Issue notice of stay application also.

Mr. Salman Agha for Mr. Anil Kumar Gaur, learned AAG

and Mr. Sangram Singh are directed to accept notice on behalf of

respondents.

Mr. Agha for learned AAG prays for and is granted a week's

time to file reply.

List this case on 15.03.2022.

Meanwhile, the respondents are directed to provisionally

accept petitioner's scholarship form online/offline for the academic

Session 2020-21.
