The present restoration application has been filed on account
of the fact that the defects pointed out by the Registry were not

removed. Vide order dated 13.12.2021, a week's time was
granted to the petitioner for removing the defects failing which,
the writ petition was ordered to be dismissed without further
reference to the Court.
Since the defects were not removed, the writ petition was
dismissed vide order dated 10.02.2022 for non-compliance of the
order passed by this Court on 13.12.2021.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that the
defects pointed out by the office shall be removed by him within a
period of one week.
The restoration application is not seriously opposed by the
learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is
allowed. The S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 5931/2019 is restored at
its original number.
