Learned Government Advocate has submitted the factual

report, wherein efforts of the police to trace out the corpus have

been mentioned.

Having gone through the factual report, we are of the view

that the police is making serious efforts to trace out the corpus,

however, in the facts and circumstances of the case the police is

directed to further carry out serious efforts to trace out the corpus

and make sure that the corpus shall be produced before this Court

on the next date of hearing.

List the matter on 22.08.2022.

If the corpus is traced out before the next date of haring, the

State is free to produce the corpus before this Court.
