Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after

submitting her application form for Joint Entrance Test-2022,

petitioner has also deposited requisite fees, however, on account

of technical latches, admit card could not be issued to her. He

further submits that the examination is scheduled to be held on

19.06.2022. Petitioner is being deprived from appearing in the

examination without any fault on her part. He further submits that

the respondents may be directed to accept the examination form

online or offline and permit her to appear in the Joint Entrance

Test-2022.

Issue notice to the respondents.

Meanwhile, the respondents are directed to accept the

examination form of the petitioner and allow her to appear in the

Joint Entrance Test-2022 scheduled to be held on 19.06.2022.
