The complainant has approached this Court through this

appeal under Section 372 Cr.P.C. for assailing the judgment dated

18.05.2019 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge,

Sujangarh, District Churu in Sessions Case No.12/2012 whereby,

the respondents were acquitted from the offences punishable

under Section 302/34 IPC and Section 4/25 of the Indian Arms

Act.

The State of Rajasthan preferred an application for grant of

leave to appeal (470/2019) against the said judgment which has

been dismissed by this Court by a detailed order dated

10.03.2022.

Thus, without recording separate reasons, the instant

victim's appeal is also rejected.
