1. A report has been submitted that efforts are being made to

trace the girl. It is indeed a sorry state of affairs that a child aged

sixteen years is missing since December, 2021 and has not been

traced inspite of the efforts made by the Court and inspite of

Superintendent of Police being called in the Court.

2. Name of the person with whom the girl has eloped is also

available to the police still the police is helpless and clueless,

hence, we deem it proper to send a copy of this order to the DG

Police, Jaipur to set things right so that we are not forced to call

him in the Court.

3. This is only an illustrious case. Every day a number of

habeas corpus petitions pertaining to the same nature are listed

before the Court.

4. Let the matter be listed on 29.08.2022.

5. Copy of this order be sent to the DG Police, Jaipur and Home

Secretary, Jaipur (Rajasthan).
