Counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue involved in

these writ petitions has already been considered and decided by

the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the matter of Bhawani

Shankar Vs. Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation (S.B.

                                   Civil   Writ    Petition     No.     9055/2021)           wherein           on   09.12.2021

                                   following order was passed;

"This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction for the respondents to pay retiral benefits with interest on delayed payment of the retiral benefits and other allowances. Learned counsels for the respective parties submit that this writ petition may be disposed of in the light of circular dated 03.11.2021 issued by the respondents laying down detailed scheme for payment of arrears of its employees instead of the aforesaid judgment. Taking into consideration the submissions advanced by learned counsels for the respective parties, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of circular dated 03.11.2021 by the respondent-Corporation. The petitioner shall be paid his dues strictly in conformity with the scheme laid down under the circular dated 03.11.2021."

Counsel for the respondent(s) has not disputed the

submissions made by the counsel for the petitioners.

In that view of the matter, these writ petitions are disposed

of in view of the judgment passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of

this Court in the matter of Bhawani Shankar (supra).
