It appears from the record that appellant-plaintiff instituted a

civil suit on 04.03.2013, alleging the non-payment of the part of

sale consideration pursuant to the sale deed dated 17.04.1989.

The trial court dismissed the suit being barred by limitation vide

judgment dated 05.12.2015 and in first appeal, the same has

been affirmed vide judgment dated 21.02.2018.

No one has appeared on behalf of appellant-plaintiff to

pursue the first appeal on merits.

However, in the interest of justice, last opportunity is granted

to appellant.

List this case again tomorrow i.e. 12.07.2022.
