In wake of instant surge in COVID-19 cases and spread of its
highly infectious Omicron variant, lawyers have been advised to
refrain from coming to the Courts.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn attention of this
Court towards the judgment passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this
Court in Mamta Kumari Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors
(SBCWP No.129/2022) decided on 07.01.2022 and learned
counsel for the petitioner seeks disposal in the same terms. The
order dated 07.01.2022 reads as follows:-

"It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner
that qua the posting order dated 05.08.2020 the
petitioner has made representation to the respondents
seeking transfer as per order dated 30.07.2021, which
order has subsequently been stayed, however, qua
certain other persons, the same has been
implemented and, therefore, the respondents be
directed to decide the pending representation of the
petitioner.
In view of submissions made, the petition filed
by the petitioner is disposed of; the petitioner may
make a fresh detailed representation to the
respondent No.3 within a period of one week. In case
such a representation is made by the petitioner, the
same shall be deal with appropriately expeditiously
and an order on the same be passed by the said
authority within a period of two weeks from the date
filing of representation."
In view of the above, the present writ petition as well as stay
petition also disposed of in terms of the order passed by a
Coordinate Bench of this Court in Mamta Kumari (Supra).
All pending applications also stand disposed of accordingly.
