This Court vide order dated 15.11.2021, while taking note of

the fact that the parties have entered into a compromise outside

the Court, has directed the Investigating Officer to verify the

factum of compromise and ordered to place the same before this

Court on 03.12.2021.

Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a factual report,

wherein the fact regarding verification of the compromise has not

been mentioned.

Learned counsel for the complainant has submitted that the

complainant as well as the injured both have entered into

compromise with the petitioners.

Be that as it may, the petitioners, the complainant as well as

the injured are directed to appear before the Investigating Officer

on 17.01.2022 and submit the compromise deed. The

Investigating Officer shall verify the compromise deed and place

the same before this Court on the next date of hearing.

List on 24.01.2022.

Interim order, if any, to continue till the next date.
