Judgment / Order

Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a factual report,
wherein it is mentioned that the police after thorough
investigation into the impugned FIR No.376/2021 lodged at Police
Station Kankroli, District Rajsamand has proposed to file a
negative final report before the court concerned.
In view of the fact that the police has already concluded the
investigation and proposed to file a negative final report in the
matter, no case for interference in this criminal misc. petition is
made out.
Hence, this criminal misc. petition is dismissed. Stay petition
is also dismissed.
(2 of 2) [CRLMP-60/2022]
However, the complainant is at liberty to avail appropriate
remedy available to him under the law, in case a negative final
report is filed by the police.
