This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has
been preferred on behalf of the petitioner seeking quashing of the
FIR No.91/2020 of Police Station Badliyas, Distt. Bhilwara.
Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a factual report,
wherein it is mentioned that the police after thorough
investigation into the impugned FIR has filed a negative final
report before the court concerned.
In view of the fact that the police has already filed a negative
final report in the matter, no further order is required to be passed
in this criminal misc. petition, which is dismissed as such.
However, the complainant is free to avail remedy available to
her against the negative final report filed by the police.
