This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 CrPC has been

filed by the petitioners with a prayer for quashing of the FIR

No.174/2021 of Police Station Sayla, District Jalore.

Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the factual report

wherein, it is mentioned that the police after investigation into the

allegations levelled in the FIR have proposed to file a negative

final report in the matter before the court concerned.

In view of the fact that the police have proposed to file a

negative final report in the matter, no order is required to be

passed in this criminal misc. petition, which is dismissed as such.

The factual report submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor

is taken on record.
