This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 CrPC has been

filed by the petitioners for quashing of the FIR No.228/2021 of

Police Station Sardarshahar, District Churu.

Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the factual report,

wherein it is mentioned that the police after thorough

investigation in the impugned FIR has already filed a negative final

report in the court of the ACJM, Sardarshahar on 27.07.2021 and

the said court has accepted the negative final report submitted by

the police vide order dated 11.09.2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the

petitioners are not aware regarding the developments.

Be that as it may, when the police has already submitted the

negative final report before the court concerned and the same has

already been accepted, no further order is required to be passed

in this criminal misc. petition and the same is, therefore,

dismissed.

The factual report submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor

is taken on record.
