After attempting to argue the matter on merits for quite

some time, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

he wants to withdraw this criminal misc. petition, however, seeks

liberty for the petitioner to move appropriate representation along

with supportive evidence before the Investigating Officer.

Accordingly, this criminal misc. petition is dismissed as

withdrawn with the liberty sought for.

If any such representation is filed by the petitioner, it is

expected that the Investigating Officer shall consider the same

while drawing final opinion at the time of filing of charge-sheet.
