After attempting to argue the matter on merits for quite

some time, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

he does not want to press this criminal misc. petition, however,

seeks liberty for the petitioner to file appropriate appeal under

Section 29 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence

Act, 2005 before the concerned Sessions Court against the order

dated 29.11.2021 passed by the ACJM, Gulabpura, Bhilwara.

Accordingly, this criminal misc. petition is dismissed as not

pressed with the liberty sought for.
