The present petition was filed against the non-consideration

of the candidature of the petitioner on the ground that her mark-

sheet of Secondary Education issued by Jamia Urdu, Aligarh was

not from a recognized institute.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute as to the

validity of the mark-sheets/degrees issued by the Jamia Urdu,

Aligarh has been settled in a Division Bench Judgment of this

Court passed in D.B. Special Appeal Writ No.534/2005 (The State

of Raj. Vs. Miss. Firdos Tarannum & Ors.).

Therefore, no dispute now survives as to the validity of the

mark-sheet of the petitioner or the recognition of the Institute

issuing the same. But the status of the vacancies qua the current

recruitment is required to be placed on record by the respondent

Department for the purpose of effective orders to be passed.

Counsel for the respondents prays for two weeks' time for

the aforesaid purpose.
