This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has

been preferred on behalf of the petitioner seeking quashing of the

FIR No.80/2017 of Police Station A.C.B., Distt. Pali.

After attempting to argue the matter on merits for quite

some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on

instructions, he does not want to press this criminal misc. petition,

however, seeks liberty for the petitioner to raise all his defence

along with the supportive evidence before the Investigating Officer

or while challenging the prosecution sanction granting by the

competent authority, if any.

Accordingly, this criminal misc. petition is dismissed as not

pressed with the liberty sought for.

It is expected that if any such representation is filed by the

petitioner along with supportive evidence before Investigating

Officer, the Investigating Officer shall consider the same

objectively and thereafter proceed further strictly in accordance

with law.
