This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has

been filed by the petitioner for quashing of FIR No.503/2019 of

Police Station Shastrinagar, District Jodhpur City West.

Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a factual report,

wherein it is mentioned that the investigation into allegations

levelled in the impugned FIR is going on and will be completed

soon.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that as per

information supplied to him by his client in FIR No.503/2019 the

police have proposed to file a negative final report in the matter.

In view of the fact that, investigation is going on and as per

the information supplied by the petitioner the police is going to

propose negative final report in the matter, no further order is

required to be passed in this criminal misc. petition.

Hench, the criminal misc. petition is dismissed, however, the

petitioner will be at liberty to file a fresh criminal misc. petition, if

so required.

It is made clear that if the complainant is aggrieved with the

final report submitted by the Police, he is free to avail appropriate

remedy available to him under the law.

The factual report submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor

is taken on record.
