These miscellaneous applications are filed by the original
petitioners. They were working in government hospitals situated
outside the State of Rajasthan. They had challenged the policy of
State to grant bonus marks only to those persons who are working
in specified government hospitals and schemes within the State of
Rajasthan. Such an issue was decided by a Division Bench of this
Court in D.B. Civil Special Appeal(W) No.837/2019-State of
Rajasthan and Ors. Vs. Satya Dev Bhagaur decided on
13.08.2019. This judgment was carried in appeal before
Supreme Court. Such appeal vide detailed judgment dated
17.02.2022 has been dismissed. The view of the High Court has
been upheld.
In that view of the matter these miscellaneous applications
are dismissed. Pending applications stand disposed of.
