After attempting to argue the matter on merits for quite
some time, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that
he wants to withdraw this criminal misc. petitioner, however, seeks
liberty for the petitioner to move appropriate representation along
with supporting evidence before the Investigating Officer.
Accordingly, this criminal misc. petition is dismissed as
withdrawn with the liberty sought for.
If any such representation is filed by the petitioner, it is
expected that the Investigating Officer shall consider the same
and take appropriate action in the matter in accordance with law.
