Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that on a

trivial issue, a dispute arose between the petitioners and the

complainant, which resulted into registering of an FIR No.

602/2021 at Police Station Sangariya, Distrcit Hanumangarh. It is

further submitted that now the parties have settled their dispute

amicably and entered into compromise, therefore, the impugned

FIR may kindly be quashed.

In view of the above, this Court deems it appropriate to

direct the petitioners as well as the complainant to appear before

the Investigating Officer, who is investigating into the allegations

(2 of 2) [CRLMP-416/2022]

levelled in the FIR No.602/2021 of Police Station Sangariya,

District Hanumangarh on or before 10.02.2022.

The Investigating Officer shall verify the factum of

compromise arriving at between the parties and, thereafter,

submit the factual report before this Court on the next date of

hearing.

Put up on 17.02.2022.

In the meanwhile, no coercive action shall be taken against

the petitioners till the next date.
