At the outset, learned counsel for the revenue would fairly

submit that the issue raised in this petition is no longer res-

integra and stands concluded vide order dated 19.01.2022 passed

in D.B. Sales Tax Revision/Reference No.282/2018 (Commercial

Taxes Officer Vs. M/s. Roca Bathroom Products Pvt. Limited),

whereby, the revision petition filed by the revenue was dismissed.

Having considering the submissions of learned counsel for

the revision petitioner and on account of the reasons, which have

been stated by this Court in the order referred above, this petition

is also dismissed.
