In the judgment dated 06.04.2012, directions were given to

file review petition within time of three weeks. It is stated that the

review petition was filed on 28.06.2012 and reason for the same

was explained in the application for condonation of delay.

The side opposite has raised their objections in the light of

division bench order, but considering the merits of the case, I

deem it appropriate to condone the same.

Accordingly, application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act

for condonation of delay is allowed.

Application for seeking leave (permission) to file Review

petition is also allowed.

Let the matte be listed for final hearing in the second week

of January, 2023.
