Order
18/08/2022 In S.B. Civil First Appeal No. 635/2011:-
1. Appellants-plaintiff have preferred this first appeal assailing
the judgment and decree dated 19.08.2011 passed in Civil Suit
No.14/06 by the Court of Additional District Judge, Bandikui,
district Dausa, whereby and whereunder their civil suit for
declaring the sale deed dated 05.12.2005, registered on
06.12.2005, as null void has been dismissed.
2. An application (I.A. No.1/2022) has been filed stating that
both parties have entered into compromise out of Court and a
written compromise has been enclosed with the application.
3. It has been prayed that the compromise dated 15.07.2022
may be taken on record and in view of the compromise, this first
appeal may be disposed of.
4. Counsel for respondents has no dispute about the factum of
compromise and disposal of the first appeal.
5. Thus, without expressing opinion on merits, the compromise
dated 15.07.2022 is taken on record and the first appeal is
disposed of in terms of compromise. This compromise dated
15.07.2022 be treated as part of this order.

6. All other pending application(s), if any, also stand(s)
disposed of.
In S.B. Civil Contempt Petition No. 302/2016:-
1. In view of compromise dated 15.07.2022 arrived at between
both parties, hence counsel for appellants does not want to press
this contempt petition.
2. Accordingly, S.B. Civil Contempt Petition No.302/2016 stands
disposed of.
