HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN
BENCH AT JAIPUR
S.B. Civil Contempt Petition No. 750/2022
Shyam Lal S/o Shri Tejaram and ors.
----Petitioner
Versus
Sh. Prithvi Raj and ors.
----Respondent
For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Hemant Taylor For Respondent(s) :
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN
Judgment / Order
16/08/2022
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
petitioners are senior citizens, aged 73, 62 & 70 years. They have
various responsibilities in their lives. Inspite of categorical order
dated 18.09.2021, passed in presence of counsel for respondent,
their grievance is still not addressed. They have submitted one
representation vide letter dated 11.10.2021 and thereafter, a legal
notice was served to the respondents on 14.06.2022. Even the
Petitioner No.3 is represented by LR, on account of death of
Petitioner No.3.
Considering the above arguments, let notice of contempt be
issued to Respondent No.3. Rule is made returnable within three
weeks.
Notices be given 'dasti', if desired.
