Pursuant to the directions given by this Court,

Mr. Nimb Singh, SHO, PS Girab, Distt. Barmer has

produced the petitioner before this Court. It appears that

the petitioner is not ready to take the custody of corpus.

It is informed that since her childhood, the corpus is

residing with her aunty (Bhuwa).

                                       Taking   into      consideration             the       above   facts   and

circumstances of the case, list on 8.9.2022.

The corpus shall be lodged at the Balika Grah,

Jodhpur till the next date of hearing and shall be

produced before this Court on the next date of hearing.
