Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that issue

involved in the present case is squarely covered by the judgment

of this Court dated 16.02.2021 passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition

No.6496/2020 : Prabhu Singh & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that

relying upon the judgment of Prabhu Singh, the interim order has

been passed on 15.02.2022 in S.B. Civil Writ Petition

No.2500/2022 : Pooja Kanwar Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. at

Jaipur Bench, Jaipur.

Issue notice, returnable on 23.09.2022.

In the meanwhile and till the next date, the operation of the

impugned notice dated 13.06.2022 shall remain stayed.

Let a copy of the writ petition be served upon Mr. Girish

Sankhla, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-department
