question is covered by the judgment passed in S.B. Civil Writ

Petition No.15540/2017; Smt. Twarita Gehlot v. State of

Rajasthan & Ors. decided on 14.12.2017. He also submits that

the present is a fresh matter and has wrongly been listed in the

admission notice served category.

Learned counsel for the respondents is directed to complete

his instructions with regard to the submission of the learned

counsel for the petitioner regarding the issue being covered by the

matter of Smt. Twarita Gehlot (supra).
