"(A) Whether the first appellate court was justified in

reversing the judgment and decree passed by learned

trial court?

(C) Because finding of first appellate court are based

on misreading of evidence, hence in support of the

decision there is no legal foundation and the same is

apparently consequence of misreading of material

available and failed to consider the law point involved

in the case?"
