Taking into consideration the similar order which has been passed in D.

B. Civil Writ Petition No.8814/2022, raising identical issue as raised in this

petition, we are inclined to protect the petitioner herein also in terms of the

said order.

Till the next date of hearing, respondent-university shall not cause any

hindrance in the forthcoming examination process to be undertaken by the

petitioner-College. The process so undertaken shall remain subject to the

outcome of the writ petition.

List this case for further orders along with D.B. Civil Writ Petition

No.8814/2022.
