1. Petitioner has preferred this criminal misc. petition under

Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of the F.I.R. No.325/2021

registered at Police Station Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur City (North).

2. It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that petitioner

and complainant are real brothers. Due to some

misunderstanding, F.I.R. was lodged. It is also contended that

submitted before the Court.

3. Complainant alongwith his counsel is present in person in the

Court, who has not disputed that fact of parties having entered

into compromise.

(2 of 2) [CRLMP-6664/2021]

4. I have considered the contentions.

5. The dispute is between two real brothers, who have amicably

settled their dispute and complainant does not wish to proceed

further with the F.I.R., hence, I deem it proper to allow the misc.

petition.

6. Accordingly, Criminal Misc. Petition is allowed and F.I.R.

No.325/2021 registered at Police Station Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur
