1. Petitioner has preferred this Misc. Petition under Section 482

Cr.P.C. for quashing the FIR No.265/2021 registered at police

station Kotwali Jaipur City North.

2. It is contended by counsel for the petitioners that petitioners

and respondent-complainant are residents of the same locality.

They have amicably settled their disputes. A cross case was

registered between the parties and they have settled their

disputes in both cases.

3. It is informed by learned Public Prosecutor that petitioners

are not having any criminal antecedents.

4. Respondent-complainant is present in Court with the counsel

who states that he has entered into a compromise and does not

wish to proceed further with the FIR.

5. I have considered the contentions.

6. Taking note of the fact that parties have amicably settled

their disputes and they are residents of the same locality.

Accused-petitioners are not having any criminal antecedents.

Complainant does not wish to proceed further in the FIR. A cross-

case registered between the parties and they have settled their

disputes in both cases, hence, the Criminal Misc. Petition deserves

and is accordingly allowed.

7. Accordingly, the Criminal Misc. Petition is allowed and FIR

No. 265/2021 registered at police station Kotwali Jaipur City North

is quashed and set aside.

8. Stay application stands disposed of.
