Judgment / Order

26/10/2021 An application has been filed on behalf of respondent No.2 for conversion of the arrest warrants issued by this Court on 09.01.2020 into bailable warrants as the accused-respondent No.2 is present in Court today for marking his attendance.

For reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The arrest warrant issued by this Court against the accused-respondent No.2 on 09.01.2020 is hereby converted into bailable warrant.

The accused-respondent No.2 is directed to appear before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, who shall mark his attendance.

Counsel for the accused-respondent No.2 seeks some time to comply with the order dated 01.08.2019 passed by this Court.

Since surety has not come with the accused-respondent No.2, two months' time is granted to furnish personal bond as well as surety bond before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
