1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in identical

writ petition being SB Civil Writ Petition No.961/2021, the

Coordinate Bench of this Court has granted interim order, while

issuing notices.

2. In view of the above, issue notice. Issue notice of stay

application also.

3. Connect with SB Civil Writ Petitions No.961/2021,

No.3285/2021 & No.6095/2021.

4. Meanwhile, if the counselling is still in progress, the

petitioner - Institution may be provisionally included for allotment

of students for admission to GNM Course for upcoming academic

year 2021-22 as per the annual intake capacity of 60 seats

sanctioned by the State/Rajasthan Nursing Council. However, it is

made clear that inclusion of petitioner - Institution for allotment

of students and admission accorded in pursuance thereto, shall

not create any right of equity in favour of petitioner - Institution

or the students admitted to the course pursuant to this interim

order. The admission accorded shall remain subject to the decision

of the writ petition.

5. It is also directed that the fee for the students enhanced seat

shall be accepted by the respondent - RNC provisionally.
