     Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner

was posted as A.En. and was transferred from Bigod to Bagot in

District Nagaur. In place of petitioner, a Junior Officer i.e. J.En. has

been posted. The order of transfer has been passed on account of

malice.

     Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed reliance on the

order dt. 19.02.2021 passed by this Court at Jaipur Bench in

                                   S.B.Civil Writ Petition No.1972/2021 (mahaveer Prasad Sharma

                                   Vs. State of Rajasthan), in which notices were issued and stay

                                   order was granted in favour of the petitioner therein.

                                        Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

                                        Issue notice to the respondents of the writ petition as well as

                                   stay application, returnable within six weeks.

                                        In the meanwhile, operation of the order dated 30.09.2021

                                   (Annex-2) qua the petitioner is hereby stayed. The petitioner shall

                                   be allowed to continue at Bigod.
